this isn't anything major like problems or anything like those attention whores always put up. (heheh...)
I just want advice from people here on DA and other outsiders because I need tips for something.
therapy is taking too long for me (even though I only had 2 sessions).

I'd like you people to give me tips on how to become more tough, confident, how to stand my ground and even become a little more dominant.
what do you do to achieve that?

I really need this so I hope anyone will answer to this.
